PRWT Services Names Jerry L. Johnson as
Vice Chairman
(PHILADELPHIA) June 19,
2008 … PRWT Services, Inc. today announced that Jerry L. Johnson, a
respected business leader in the Greater Philadelphia Region and immediate past
chairman of the Radnor Trust Company, has been named vice chairman of PRWT. Jerry Johnson adds depth to an already
strong leadership team and will work with Willie F. Johnson, PRWT’s founder,
chairman and chief executive officer, and Harold T. Epps, its new president, to
implement a proactive business plan designed to grow the Company’s revenues and
profits. As part of his role,
Jerry Johnson will assume responsibility for developing growth strategies
around the Company’s merger and acquisition activities and financing that will
fuel the growth of PRWT’s business process outsourcing and facilities
management business units and the newly created life sciences business
unit.
As chairman of the Radnor Trust Company, Jerry Johnson was
instrumental in helping businesses and individuals leverage Radnor Trust’s
nationally chartered bank services in the areas of commercial banking,
investment management, trust and estates, insurance, philanthropic
solutions. Prior to that, Jerry
Johnson was the president of eMoney Advisor and was the executive vice
president of Safeguard Scientifics, where he was responsible for the success of
several entrepreneurial companies and guided CEOs through corporate expansion,
management team development and initial public offerings.

PRWT, which is celebrating 20 years of successful operations
in 2008, recently acquired a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility to complement
its traditional lines of business. Jerry Johnson will be intimately involved in PRWT’S efforts to integrate
the lines of business into a cohesive and profitable enterprise. “As I join PRWT and accept these new
responsibilities, I am humbled by the confidence evidenced by Chairman Johnson
and President Epps and I have committed to them that I am prepared to work hard

Jerry Johnson holds a B.S. in
Psychology from Northeast Missouri State University, a Masters in Management
from the Sloan School at MIT and a Masters in Psychology from Northern Illinois
University.
