In 2000, PRWT acquired U.S. Facilities, Inc. (USF), a well-respected facilities maintenance and management company with over 40 years of experience. USF provides professional facilities management and outsourcing services focusing on complex and highly-secure maintenance and management projects.

We currently manage over 20 million square feet of space spread across the United States. USF also manages major infrastructure projects, which include moveable bridges and transportation infrastructure support services for the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Other sites supported include the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, which houses offices for the Supreme Court, Philadelphia’s “triplex” of municipal buildings, and the Curran-Fromhold/Riverside Correctional Facilities.
