The business processing outsourcing (BPO) business of PRWT continues to provide high-volume/high-performance services including mailroom, lockbox, document processing, payment processing, walk-in and call center-based customer service, toll collection operations services, and technical support services.

In 2001, PRWT acquired US Facilities, Inc. a facilities maintenance and management. U.S. Facilities, Inc (USF) provides professionally facilities management and outsourcing services focusing on complex and highly secure maintenance and management projects. Drawing upon its experience in project management, technology, and the implementation of tailored customer solutions, USF offers seamless integration of building operations, maintenance and support services.

In 2008, Cherokee Pharmaceuticals (PRWT’s wholly-owned subsidiary) acquired an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) plant making it the first minority-owned API manufacturer in the United States. Cherokee Pharmaceuticals, a PRWT Life Sciences Company, is a bulk chemical manufacturing company producing active pharmaceutical ingredients (API’s) for a number of human and animal health products. Cherokee performs outsourced API manufacturing services to large pharmaceutical companies.
