Harold T. Epps is an award winning, visionary leader with over 30 years of corporate experience in providing high performance products and solutions for complex and compliance driven industries. Since 2007, Harold has led and served as the President & CEO of PRWT Services, Inc., one of America’s largest minority-owned firms and a $100M premier provider of high performance business solutions, facilities management and infrastructure support services. In his prior executive roles with Quadrant, Manasha Corporation and Polaroid, Harold has led subsidiaries and divisions with annual revenues of up to $175M and 2000 employees. Throughout his career, Harold has built a solid reputation for positioning corporations for sustained growth, successfully managing change and restructuring, improving efficiency, spurring innovation and maintaining a focus and discipline of continuous process and performance improvement.
Harold has held the following executive leadership roles:
- Vice President, Supply Chain ($600+-million annual spend;
8 manufacturing and distribution facilities)
Mr. Epps’ personal commitment to workforce development and business opportunity diversity and inclusion continue to drive his civic and board engagement activities. As such, Mr. Epps is currently a member of the North Carolina Central University Board of Trustees, Co-Chairman of the Comcast National African-American Advisory Council, and Chairman of the African-American Museum of Philadelphia. He also serves as an executive committee member of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and The Urban League of Philadelphia. Finally, Mr. Epps serves on the board of directors of Center City District and U.S. Facilities, Inc.
